Does this sound familiar? We’ve all had that jarring moment when life knocks us off our post-savasana cloud back into the same-old, stressful storyline. So, how do we make that yoga zen last? Introducing the Relaxation Response (RR), our body’s built-in buffer to the stress response (a.k.a. Fight for Flight). The good news is it’s available to anyone, anytime, anywhere. In this workshop, you’ll sample a broad range of RR techniques like breathing exercises, visualization, progressive muscle relaxation and many more. With practice, these powerful skills can help you return to your natural state of balance with more ease again and again. As Jon Kabat-Zinn says, “We can’t stop the waves, but we can learn how to surf.”

It’s going to be a FULL MOON on Thursday night January 12th!

The full moon is a time to release what no longer serves us, inviting an expansion of our minds and bodies. During the cycle of the moon each month, we can use the new moon to plant seeds of intention, and revisit again at the height of full moon so that they might come to fruition.

Join us this Thursday evening for a special 90 minute full moon FUN-yasa class! A free flowing fun packed class that is paired with up-beat tunes designed to make you work hard where Stephanie will challenge you to your fullest all while making you laugh and sweat at the same time!
