Notes:

Reserve your mat online on our mindbody scheduling system to ensure that you have a space in class.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to class. (DOORS ARE LOCKED DURING CLASS TIMES)

  • Classes are kept comfortably warm.
  • Heated classes range between 84-89 degrees.  Drink plenty of water before and after class.
  • No cell phones please.
  • Leave shoes at the front door.
  • Bring a towel, water, and mat. (water available to purchase as well as mat rentals)
  • Plan to stay for the duration of the class as leaving during savasana is disrupting to your fellow practitioners.
