Reserve your mat online on our mindbody scheduling system to ensure that you have a space in class.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to class. (DOORS ARE LOCKED DURING CLASS TIMES)
- Classes are kept comfortably warm.
- Heated classes range between 84-89 degrees. Drink plenty of water before and after class.
- No cell phones please.
- Leave shoes at the front door.
- Bring a towel, water, and mat. (water available to purchase as well as mat rentals)
- Plan to stay for the duration of the class as leaving during savasana is disrupting to your fellow practitioners.
